Thales Alenia Space is a Franco-Italian aerospace manufacturer formed after the Thales Group bought the share of Alcatel in the two joint-ventures between Alcatel and Leonardo, Alcatel Alenia Space and Telespazio. The company is Europe's largest satellite manufacturer.
